The AI copilot
for jet brokers.
PBJ Intelligence brings connected signals, CRM context, evidence-linked scores, and broker follow-through into one workspace — so your team can decide who to review, why the record matters, and what to do next.
Built for the deal.
Six connected capabilities for reviewing evidence, recording decisions, and keeping follow-through in one place.
Evidence-Linked Scoring
Versioned fit factors connect the score to stored aviation, timing, liquidity, service-fit, and contactability evidence.
Broker Review Queue
Ranked prospects remain review items until a broker confirms evidence, reachability, relevance, and the appropriate next action.
Relationship Context
Exact company, entity, activity, and source context helps a broker investigate possible relationships without claiming an introduction that is not recorded.
Approval-Gated Outreach
Drafts are clearly separated from queued and sent records. Production delivery stays off unless explicitly enabled with a dedicated sender and safety controls.
Live Pipeline
Stage, outcome, activity, and follow-up changes are stored in the shared database and reflected across the broker workflow.
Today's Brief
Current scored contacts, signals, market context, and due commitments in one evidence-conscious working view.
How it works.
Five accountable steps from source record to broker follow-through. AI assists where configured; people own verification and relationships.
Ingest connected signals
Configured connectors and imports add source records to a reviewable intelligence store. Missing or stale coverage remains visible instead of being filled with demo data.
Score with evidence
A five-part fit rubric ranks the working set and records its factors, confidence, risks, missing data, and history. The score supports broker judgment; it does not replace it.
Surface what changed
My Day combines current scored records, signals, market context, and due commitments. Each item links back to the underlying CRM or evidence record.
Draft, review, send
AI can propose a first draft from supplied context. A human verifies personal claims and approves the copy; sending remains a separate, explicitly configured action.
Record the broker loop
Durable outcomes, stages, activities, and commitments keep the shared CRM current across the dossier, call queue, and follow-up views.
Private request desk
Start with the mission, not a sales pitch.
Request charter, acquisition, sale, management, or independent advisory help. The submission goes to a private broker review queue with its campaign and referral context attached.
Questions.
Who is PBJ Intelligence for?
Private aviation brokers and family-office advisors. Built specifically for Palm Beach Jets and select partners.
How does the AI scoring work?
A versioned rubric scores liquidity, aviation intent, timing, PBJ service fit, and contactability. The dossier shows the factors, confidence, missing data, evidence links, and score history so a broker can correct the result.
Where does the data come from?
The workspace can combine imported corporate filings, aircraft and flight records, news, property records, and CRM history. Coverage depends on configured connectors, and the dossier exposes source and missing-data context rather than treating every field as confirmed.
Is outreach automated?
AI can draft copy, but a draft or queued item is not a sent message. Delivery is disabled by default and requires explicit production configuration; brokers remain responsible for reviewing claims, recipients, consent, and final copy.
How private is my data?
Application access is authenticated and operational writes are audited. Some configured AI or enrichment tools may send selected request context to external providers, so administrators should review provider settings and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data.
